With over 12 years in accounting and commerce, Nick has gained experience in public practice, private sector finance, and has worked directly in the Australian Taxation Office. As the managing director and founder of Prespa Consultancy, Nick is experienced in bookkeeping, taxation and compliance services, but also provides strategic business, administrative and management accounting advice. Nick holds a Public Practice Certificate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the National Tax Accountants Association and is a registered Tax Agent.

Over his career, Damien has provided an array of corporate and business services, such as managing day to day finance operations, and preparing, translating and analysing financial reports. Damien has managed contracts and implemented business improvement solutions such as payroll and asset management systems. Damien takes pride in his ability to communicate, listen and interpret client needs and business requirements to deliver the best results.
